1st half summer HOLDAYS

Well its been a pretty full on holiday so far. Flew up to Goldcoast (after sooo many hours waiting at airports) I was finally at Goldcoast airport where Em and Steve picked me up in the van and we drove to Mulumbimbee for Stuart's 40th and Oli's christening. Had lots of family time fun being painted by Kirilli, listened to Matt's guitar and voice, got ice cold feet from the playful boys Billy and Charlie and sat through a church service before the christening. Was a great time altogether...






THEN it was 2 weeks with Em and Steve and the time just flyed being filled with so many activities that we've been wanting to do for AGES! Steffi a friends from uni was there also for a month doing prac for her raddie course (she suits the Goldcoast so much and wants to live there now). I had to sleep on the ugly/hard/cliff/canyon futon. Was very very yukky sticky and hot which my hair didnt much like but apart from that it was a really good holiday relaxing and seeing Em. I borrowed Em's car a few times and went shopping, went to the beach with Steve/Steffi/friends, tried a rotti (YUM!), LOTS of op shopping.






We went out to the Jamacian restourant ive heard so much about, great food and a drunk lady got the whole room up and dancing to the band which was really fun (have a new found love of regae). Then off to Swinging Saffari ( the pub thats an old house).







Also went bowling one night, stupid ugly lady there was really rude but wew had fun, I now understand how to bowl before i was just flukeing it NOW I know the actual techniques ie twisting the wrist etc.





Steffi/Steve and I went to Wet N' Wild ome day and Em joined us later on. Was really a great day. A friend of Steffi's form work took her ans I to Dreamworld one day as well, even went on the Tower of Terror and actually LOVEd it we ran out of time to go on it again unfotunatly BUT we had HEAPS of fun at Water World which is apart of Dreamworld really really really FUN!!! Want to go again woth some other friends and make it a mini Schoolies (well toolies).







I flew back to Syndey to go to my Imunologist appointment, a 15 minute appointment that has to be booked WAY in advance and you sit waiting forever and all he said was fine keep going on with the shots for another year (I could have told him that for free) but im glad im still on them they seem to have REALLY helped. THEN off to Dads for a week before Christmas. Arived at Dads and was immedietly picking up boxes to take to the NEW HOUSE. Next 2 days was spent moving house with Dad etc love the new place, still close enough to the beach, nice backyard, awesome little hide away garden shed, interesting fixtures etc throughout the house, very private except the fact that the neighbours loungeroom looks straight into my room even with the fence and they leave their outside light on all night which shines again sraight into my room.






Went to volunteer with the set up of PEATS RIDGE FESTIVAL which is where Ill spend my NewYrs, just needed to earn a FREE TICKET. I worked in the kitchen for the day and ended up staying an extra few hours to set up decorations because it was so fun. All i had to do was pass out the salads for sandwhiches, wash up some stuff and go around on the golf buggy to collect water bottles. Was an extremely hot day esspecially under the tent so we went swimming in the creek during my shift, it was just really relaxed and hippy and great people.


CHRISTMAS- Got the train to Grandmas from Dads ready for SANTA that night ;-) woke up early to Em and Steve arriving and opened my santa sack alone as he doesnt come to Em anymore (maybe she's been to naughty I dont know). Then headed to Aunty Sues for the traditional ritual of christmas. LOTS AND LOTS of food and chamers later we were ready for present opening which was fun decpite the fact that we were around the table. After a little nap we were all ready for a game of What the F**k and Boulderdash with some more ham on toast. Boxing day it was time for some more big luching with Nanna and Pop at Dads and more presents. THANKS FOR THE PRESSIES xxx
