I missed the first workshop for this subject because i didn't realise i was supposed to go as it wasn't on my timetable. So i missed out on an intro to the camera etc I hate missing stuff. My first assignment is to take images with the theme 'human intervention'
VIS101- Visual Communication
this is the theory subject, theres been so many readings already very boring and hard to understand, but the lecturer explains things a bit in class on Mondays. I have to give a tutorial about gender codes in art history etc
DES104- Design Implementation
This subject is all about learning construction techniques for theater and tv etc we had to buy a hard hat, gloves and safety classes (overalls are optional but most of us are getting them because there kool) So far all we've done is check out tv land and the workshop etc but next week we are cutting wood yay!!!
VPA101- Fundamentals of design
This is all about principals etc etc of design we draw allot of lines its fun
We had a BUTLER ice cream and movies night out on the lawn, ended up sleeping there all night... We dressed up to go down to Cottage Crawl... And heres some pics of when i went back home to see john...
